What is a Nyza Credit?

A credit is a unit of consumable AI / API capacity. The Nyza Events plan ships 3,000 credits each month; the Free plan ships 300. Each action (AI planning, generated mood board, email send) uses credits — see the table on this page. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits carry forward until used. AI chat reserves a maximum and returns unused credits.

What can I actually do with 3,000 credits?

Usage depends on the actions you choose. Check the action table and your remaining balance before starting paid work. You can buy a top-up if you need more credits; a specific event size or complete plan is not guaranteed by an allowance.

Is there a fee on vendor bookings?

Yes. Nyza charges an 8% platform fee on vendor payments. Stripe processing is separate and varies by seller account, country, currency, and payment method. Fees are disclosed before payment.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Read-only features (browse vendors, view your event, see existing artifacts) keep working. Generative actions (new AI chats, design renders, new sends) pause until your next billing cycle — or you can buy a top-up. Your data is never deleted.

The Free plan supports 1 active event, up to 75 guest-list entries, 1 cultural module, and 300 credits per 30-day period. Generative design (mood boards, mandap renders, save-the-date videos) is available on the paid plan. SMS and WhatsApp are coming soon and cannot currently be enabled by upgrading.

Vendors and planners — do you pay too?

The $10/mo plan is the same for couples, vendors, and planners — you all use the same credit pool. Vendors stay free to list and accept inquiries; you only upgrade if you want to generate marketing media or run outreach campaigns. Multi-property venue groups and agencies running 20+ events/year should email hello@nyzaevents.com — those contracts are sales-led.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account billing page and you'll keep Paid features until the end of the current billing period, then automatically revert to Free. No retention call, no nickel-and-diming.

Stripe processes paid tickets on the organizer’s seller account and deducts its own processing fees. Rates and payout timing vary.
The minimum fee applies once to the whole order, not once per ticket. There is no Nyza monthly subscription requirement to sell tickets.
New paid ticket checkouts currently use USD. Organizers remain responsible for their event, applicable taxes, cancellations and refunds.

Nyza charges 3% of the ticket subtotal, with a US$0.50 minimum per paid order. This example uses 2.9% + US$0.30 for Stripe. Your actual Stripe rate, international cards, currency conversion, taxes, refunds and disputes can change your proceeds. Stripe deducts its charges from the organizer’s account.
